    To maintain the shape and structure of your bag, please avoid overloading it with excessively heavy items, as this may place undue stress on the stitching and fabric over time.

    Please note that signs of wear and tear or any damage occurring after use, including stitching coming loose due to overloading, are considered normal usage-related issues. As such, items damaged after use are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

    With proper care, your House of Jaipur piece will continue to age beautifully and remain a cherished part of your collection.

    3. Exchange Request
    If you wish to exchange your item, you’re welcome to do so. Please note:

    • Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

    • Exchange Value: Exchanges can be made for an item of equal or higher value. Any difference in price will need to be paid.
